How much will it cost?
Every job is different, so we quote after seeing the problem, from your photos or on site. You approve the quote in the app before any work starts.
What is a house inspection?
For one call-out fee of R850 a technician checks the whole property: roof, gutters, plumbing, geyser, ceilings, waterproofing, tiles, paving and paint. You get a report with a price for every item, and choose what goes into your maintenance budget.
Can I request more than one service at once?
Yes. On Services, tap every service you need and send one request. We plan the visit so the right people come together.
How do design fees work?
The design calculator gives you a guide range for house plans, interior design or ceiling design. A designer confirms the final fee in a written quote after discussing your brief.
Which areas do you cover?
Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Sandton, Randburg and Johannesburg. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are just outside these areas.
How do emergency call-outs work?
Choose Emergency when you request plumbing, roofing or ceiling help. We call you back within 15 minutes, confirm the emergency call-out fee and send the next available technician.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Open the job under My Jobs and tap Reschedule or Cancel. Once the technician is on site, message us instead.
How do I pay?
Invoices appear under Account → Invoices once a job is complete. Pay by EFT using the invoice number as your reference.
Can I install the app?
Yes. On Android tap Install when prompted, or use the browser menu. On iPhone tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
